On this website, we collect what you submit through a Discovery Visit request or the Gym Scorecard: name, gym name, email, phone number, and any message you provide. Inside the Kuntah platform itself, Abiy3 processes member and business data on behalf of each Client gym — contact details, plan and payment history, attendance, and staff/trainer records.
2. How We Use It
Website form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and schedule a Discovery Visit — never for unrelated marketing lists without your consent. Platform data is used solely to operate Kuntah for the Client gym that owns it.
3. No Public Login, No Self-Serve Signup
Kuntah has no public login, trial, or demo — so no account data is collected from anonymous visitors beyond what you choose to submit in a form.
4. Security
Abiy3 Technologies applies the same operational security discipline it uses supporting core banking infrastructure for a licensed Gambian bank to how Kuntah data is hosted and protected.
5. Third Parties
Website enquiry forms are processed via a third-party form service (Formspree) solely to deliver your submission to our team. Payment processing within the platform runs through integrated payment gateways selected for reliability and compliance in each market we serve.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted to us by contacting info@abiy3.com.
