1. The Service
Kuntah is a gym and fitness center management platform deployed, hosted, and managed end-to-end by Abiy3 Technologies (a division of the Abiy3 Group) on behalf of each client gym ("Client"). Kuntah is never handed over as self-installed or self-managed software.
2. Onboarding & Access
Kuntah has no public signup, trial, or demo link. Access begins with a Discovery Visit and is provisioned by Abiy3 once a Client relationship is confirmed. Configuration, staff training, and go-live support are delivered by Abiy3 as part of onboarding.
3. Fees & Billing
Kuntah is billed as a revenue-share platform fee (a percentage of the Client's membership revenue, subject to a stated monthly minimum), plus a separate transaction fee on payments processed through the platform. Exact tier, rate, and any one-time deployment fee are confirmed with each Client in writing before billing begins. Prepay commitment discounts and referral credits, where applicable, are governed by the Kuntah Rewards & Growth Program terms provided at signup.
4. Client Data
Member and business data entered into Kuntah belongs to the Client. Abiy3 processes it solely to operate the platform and provide support, and applies the same operational security discipline used in its work supporting core banking infrastructure for a licensed Gambian bank.
5. Acceptable Use
Kuntah may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to process payments outside the platform's intended flows, or to circumvent the access-control features it provides to Client staff and members.
6. Termination
Either party may end the engagement per the notice terms in the Client's signed agreement. Abiy3 will support an orderly data handover on termination.
